Bar Harbor Town Park at Hadley Point
Hadley Point Road, Bar Harbor
At this popular picnic area and launch for motorized and hand-powered boats, low tide exposes extensive mudflats that are home to a variety of marine animals. Commercial shellfish and worm harvesters often can be seen working the flats, and aquaculture farmers use the ramp to access their mussel leases.
